Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules governing your use of the DeployGPU platform and any GPU instances provisioned through it (the “Service”). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

Illegal Activity

  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Distribute, store, or process child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors
  • Facilitate or engage in human trafficking, terrorism, or violent extremism
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious software

Cryptocurrency Mining

  • Mine cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to proof-of-work coins
  • Run blockchain validation nodes or staking operations
  • Use GPU resources for any crypto-related computational work

Abuse and Unauthorized Access

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or third-party systems
  • Launch denial-of-service attacks or other disruptive activities from the Service
  • Scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorization
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limits, billing mechanisms, or security measures

Content and Distribution

  • Host, distribute, or generate illegal content of any kind
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) from the Service

Web Scraping and Data Collection

  • Engage in automated mass data collection or web scraping that violates the terms of service of the targeted websites
  • Collect personal information without proper consent or legal basis

Resource Abuse

  • Use the Service in a manner that intentionally degrades performance for other users
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense GPU resources without our written permission
  • Manipulate pricing, credits, or referral systems

2. AI and Machine Learning Workloads

While the Service is designed for AI and machine learning workloads, you are responsible for ensuring that your AI training, inference, and data processing activities comply with applicable laws and the terms of any datasets or models you use. You may not use the Service to develop AI systems intended to cause harm.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor usage of the Service to enforce this AUP. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may:

  • Issue a warning
  • Suspend or restrict your access to the Service
  • Terminate your account immediately without prior notice
  • Forfeit any remaining credits in your account
  • Report illegal activity to law enforcement

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to contact@deploygpu.ai.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
